Last updated: draft, pending attorney review.
Anthoway ("we," "us," "Anthoway") is a travel and event planning service operated by Anthos Collective LLC. We use AI to draft itineraries and event plans from information you give us, a member of our team reviews every draft before it's sent to you, and we provide tools for you and the people you invite to view, edit, and coordinate a trip or event together.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, access a shared link, or make a purchase. Anthoway is strictly not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect or maintain personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If an account is found to have been created by a minor, the account and all associated data will be immediately and permanently deleted.
Some features require an account, verified by a one-time code sent to your email. You're responsible for keeping access to that email secure, since it's how we confirm it's you.
When a plan's owner invites you and includes your email, your link requires the same one-time email verification before it opens, so a forwarded link can't be used by someone it wasn't meant for. Invites sent without an email attached remain simple, private links — the owner controls who receives those and can revoke access at any time.
We offer a one-time trip or event purchase, a recurring Concierge membership, a recurring Couples plan, and a one-time co-planner add-on for a specific trip or event (free if the person you're adding is already a subscriber).
Despite the name, the Couples plan is available to any two people who plan together — romantic partners, roommates, family, or friends — and is not restricted to romantic relationships. Each person keeps their own separate trips and events; the plan simply provides a higher limit on active plans and a shortcut to add the other person as a co-planner.
Recurring plans renew automatically until cancelled and are billed securely through Stripe, our payment processor, adhering to PCI-DSS standards; we do not store your card details ourselves. Prices and included features may change, and we'll make a reasonable effort to notify active subscribers of material changes before they take effect.
You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time from your dashboard's billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
For one-time purchases, contact us at hello@anthoway.com within 48 hours if your plan has not yet been reviewed and delivered — we'll issue a full refund. Once a plan has been reviewed, published, and delivered to you, refund requests are handled case by case.
Draft itineraries and event plans are generated using Anthropic's Claude models based on the preferences you submit, and every draft is reviewed by a person on our team — including edits, and an optional AI-assisted polishing pass that may use web search to verify real details about places included in your plan — before it's published to you. All AI processing operates under Anthropic's Acceptable Use Policy. We aim for accuracy, but we recommend confirming critical details (opening hours, exact addresses, prices, availability) directly with the venue or provider before relying on them, particularly for time-sensitive plans.
If you share a trip or event, invited guests can view it for free with a personal, revocable link. A co-planner has full edit access to that specific plan. The plan's owner controls who's invited and can revoke anyone's access at any time from Settings.
For events, guests may be asked to RSVP (yes/no/maybe) and provide a party size; this is visible to the event's host and, for transparency, to other guests on that same event.
For event plans, we may generate a suggested vendor checklist (for example, catering, photography, or florist categories relevant to that type of event). These are AI-generated starting suggestions for the host to research and book independently — Anthoway does not contract with, vet, or take responsibility for any vendor, and does not process vendor bookings or payments on your behalf.
Our platform allows users to add notes, suggest bookings, or vote on activities. As a digital intermediary, and in alignment with frameworks like the Digital Services Act (DSA), we maintain the right to moderate, remove, or flag user-generated content that is illegal, abusive, or violates third-party rights. You agree to use these features responsibly and refrain from uploading harmful material.
Some suggestions and links — for example, bookable activities or lodging — go through third-party partners such as Viator and, where offered, Booking.com. Bookings made through those links are a contract between you and that provider, not us, and are governed by that provider's own terms and prices. We may also use Google's mapping services to estimate travel time between your accommodation and planned stops; this is informational only and not a guarantee of actual travel conditions.
Affiliate disclosure. Some of these partner links are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission if you book through them — at no additional cost to you. This never changes the price you pay, and it does not determine what we suggest: recommendations are based on your plan and preferences, not on which partner pays us. We include this disclosure in the spirit of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's guidance on endorsements and material connections.
You keep ownership of the preferences, photos, and content you submit to us. We retain ownership of the Anthoway platform, its design, and our underlying prompts and systems. The itinerary or event plan generated for you is yours to use personally; please don't resell or redistribute it as a commercial product.
Anthoway is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that AI-generated recommendations, travel times, or third-party availability will be error-free, and we are not responsible for losses arising from third-party bookings, venue changes, or inaccuracies in AI-suggested content that a reasonable person should verify before relying on for time-sensitive plans.
You can close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, attempt to circumvent access controls (including sharing a verified link to bypass the co-planner add-on), or violate these terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, home to Anthos Collective LLC, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Maryland.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll update the "last updated" date above and, for material changes affecting active subscribers, make a reasonable effort to notify you.
Questions about these terms: hello@anthoway.com.
